subscribed members will then honour it and not send messages to
the list. This is part of their
POPIA
(protection of privacy and information act) compliance. BulkSMS
belong, so a number of your SMSes might not reach your contact
list..
There is a way to bypass this though. You can send SMS to beneficiaries or members that give you permission. To do this log into your BulkSMS account and go settings/ message. If you are confident that you have this permission, you can bypass this list.
